EMG eMASS®

EMG eMASS® is a turnkey system for stabilising high-speed ferromagnetic steel strip material based on electro magnets. The main area of application is to optimise and economise the use of the metal coating at the blow-off nozzle of a hot-dip galvanising line for zinc coating, GALVALUME®* and aluminisation processes.

EMG eBACS

EMG eBACS is an edge mask control for contactless protection of strip edges in hot-dip galvanising units.

EMG SOLID®

EMG SOLID® is a system for state-of-the-art oil layer measurement on running strip material, for example in the automotive industry.

EMG IMPOC

EMG IMPOC is a well-proven magnetic-inductive measuring system for the automatic, non-destructive online determination of the mechanical properties tensile strength and yield strength of ferromagnetic steel strips.

EMG SORM 3plus

EMG SORM 3plus is the online measuring system for the detection of roughness parameters on running strip material.

EMG BREIMO

EMG BREIMO is the contactless optical strip width measurement of steel strip material in a continuously running process.

EMG hotCAM

Maintaining a defined position of the strip between the roll stands is extremely important for process reliability in a hot rolling mill. The continuous measurement of the strip position with EMG hotCAM allows an optimized adjustment of rolling force and gap.

EMG iSCAN®

Precise, contactless measurement of slab geometry with EMG iSCAN® is realized with a customized array of laser-based sensors. Our sensors remain cool even in very hot conditions.
