Flexible working hours/home office
We offer our employees flexible working hours with flexitime and core working hours, as well as lifelong working time accounts if required. This allows them, for example, to take an extended leave of absence to care for relatives.
It is also possible for a home office workplace to be set up in individual cases.

The aim of the internal professional development programme of our subsidiary EMG Automation GmbH, the so-called EMG Academy, is to provide all of our employees with the opportunity to continuously enhance their own skills and level of knowledge.

We have had a parent/child office here since 2013, which features a fully equipped office space for mum or dad and a play corner. elexis offers this workplace to its employees if there is a sudden change to any childcare plans.
